Reimbursements

All DOHaD and CNPRM registrants will be responsible for covering their own costs (registration, travel and accommodation). However, all ENRICH/IMPaCT/CHEER/MICYRN/CaMCCo members, can have expenses for this event reimbursed. To claim your expenses kindly follow the below instructions and submit your claim no later than July 12th, 2024 to Yunna Bystrova at yunna.bystrova@micyrn.ca 

  • Please submit a PDF of all your receipts and boarding passes
  • A cheque will be issued for your reimbursement. Please provide the following to process your claim:
    • Payee Name
    • Mailing Address
    • Phone Number

CHEER:

  1. Roundtrip economy flights to Vancouver (YVR). Business class will not be refunded.
  2. Roundtrip transportation from the Vancouver airport to the contracted venue. 
  3. Accommodations: 
    • 2 nights for CHEER Operational Management Team members
    • 2 nights for delegates from the Atlantic provinces
    • 1 night for delegates travelling for meetings additional to the CHEER meeting (e.g. MICYRN, ENRICH)
  4. Parking at Sheraton Wall Centre for local delegates
  5. Meals, drinks, or snacks outside of those offered by at the CHEER meeting will not be covered. This includes meals, drinks, and snacks while in transit.

CaMCCo:

Claims will be submitted to MICYRN as for other networks.

CaMCCo members who can have expenses for this event reimbursed are the CaMCCo team members (e.g., researchers, mentors) and CaMCCo-L trainees from the 2023-2024 cohort. To be reimbursed, members must attend the full 2-days CaMCCo meeting.

  1. Roundtrip airline or train tickets (economy) up to $800. Business class will not be refunded.
  2. Roundtrip transportation/shuttle service from Vancouver Airport (or train station) to the contracted venue up to $100 ($50 x 2).
  3. Accommodation at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre:
    • CAMCCO-L trainees* (Cohort 2023-2024): 3 nights or up to 5 nights for trainees selected by CNPRM for an oral presentation
    • CaMCCo team members (researchers, mentors): up to 3 nights
  4. Parking at Sheraton Wall Centre for local delegates.
  5. Meals, drinks, or snacks outside of those offered at the CaMCCo meeting will not be covered. This includes meals, drinks, and snacks while in transit.

*Trainees must share their room with another trainee.
Please keep in your records all these supporting documents .

ENRICH:

  1. Roundtrip economy flights to Vancouver International Airport (YVR) up to $1000. Business class will not be refunded.
  2. Roundtrip shuttle service from Vancouver Airport to the contracted venue up to $100 ($50 x 2). 
  3. Accommodations: 
    • 3 nights for ENRICH funded learners and Enrichment group leads
    • 2 nights for all other ENRICH Network members
  4. Parking at Sheraton Wall Centre for local delegates
  5. Meals, drinks, or snacks outside of those offered at the symposium, will not be covered. This includes meals, drinks, and snacks while in transit. 

IMPaCT:

  1. Roundtrip economy flights to Vancouver International Airport (YVR) up to $1000. Business class will not be refunded.
  2. Roundtrip shuttle service from Vancouver Airport to the contracted venue up to $100 ($50 x 2).
  3. Accommodations:
    • 4 nights for all IMPaCT members. Check in Sun June 2nd, check out Thurs Jun 6th
  4. Parking at Sheraton Wall Centre for local delegates.
  5. Meals, drinks, or snacks while in transit up to $100 per day.

MICYRN:

  1. Roundtrip economy flights to Vancouver (YVR). Business class will not be refunded.
  2. Roundtrip shuttle service from the Vancouver airport to the contracted venue up to $100 ($50 x 2). 
  3. Accommodations: Delegates will be covered for 3 nights (Tues-Thurs). 
  4. Parking at Sheraton Wall Centre for local delegates 
  5. Meals, drinks, or snacks outside of those offered by MICYRN during the meetings, will not be covered. This includes meals, drinks, and snacks while in transit.

Any delegates (regardless of membership type) who cancels within 2 weeks of the symposium will be required to cover any financial penalties associated with accommodations and travel.
